Aid for Flood Victims of Bergoo, WV

Donation protected
The town of Bergoo, WV is near and dear to my heart for its beautiful scenery, great fishing, atv trails, and the wonderful, friendly, close-knit community. On June 23rd, 2016, the town of Bergoo witnessed some of the worst flooding ever recorded, along with many other areas in West Virginia. Homes, roads, bridges, and personal belongings were washed away with the flood waters.

Now, the small community is in the process of rebuilding and getting back to normalcy. Unfortunately, the flood waters contaminated many wells, leading to a water shortage. Bergoo residences are in need of water, cleaning supplies, and storage containers to place their belongings in that did not get washed away in the flood. The money raised from this account will go towards water, cleaning supplies, and containers. A group of friends and I had planned on going 4wheeling after July 4th but now we'll be on our way down to assist with the clean-up.

We are planning on making it down to Bergoo on July 6th, so time is of the essence to make a donation. This means so much to me to help this community in such a time of need.
