The Helping Lunchbox

The Helping Lunchbox is a program started by Derrell(10) and Kyllon (9) Martin.Derrell and Kyllon Martin are to young community activist trying to change the world. For the past 2 years they have been handing out bag lunches to the homeless living under the bridge in New Orleans. Until recently they were only able to feed 50 people, but with the help of their new partners B.O.S.S. Youth Outreach Program they were able to feed 140 people on the last outing. They have been featured on WDSU 6 News in New Orleans, Now This News and the Atlanta Blackstar. They have set a goal to feed 250 people by August 1, 2016. With your help they will be able to get the supplies need for this task such as lunchbags, bread, fruit, juices,etc...  We would like to thank all of our family and friends who have helped us so far.
