Let's get Carmen Small to Rio

Carmen Small has decided to fight for what she feels is an unfair snub for a position on the USA team being sent to Rio for the 2016 Olympics. We agree and want to help her. Carmen is the current National Time Trial Champion and has a stellar career in cycling to back that up. This has been her goal since she started competing.
