Head shave for CHSW hospice

Donation protected
Alex is 13 years old and wants to help CHSW Charlton Farm Children's hospice in Bristol raise money towards a new specialist medical bed which costs over £6000.
Alex will be getting his beloved thick bushy hair shaved off on Saturday 6th November!!! Charlton Farm provides respite and palliative care for children with life limited conditions in Wiltshire, Bristol and Somerset.  Alex sister, Josselin (11) is one of these children. She has CHARGE syndrome and is deafblind, unable to walk or talk and reliant on 24/7 care for all her needs. She has an airway obstruction and uses CPAP ventilation overnight and is unable to eat or drink so is fed through a gastrostomy tube. She has a severe learning difficulty, scoliosis and weak bones.
Alex has enjoyed making memories and friends and having fun at the children's hospice and when he overheard a conversation about the need for a new specialist bed he wanted to help and we were really proud when he suggested shaving off his beloved curls! Please sponsor if you can or share this campaign. CHSW relies on charitable donations to provide these services with only limited funding from the NHS.
