Everyone needs some TLC in their life. We are wanting to spread TLC across the U.S. So we as a community can continue to inspire and grow. We need a lot more money , how ever this is a good start. Our goal is to cater to the people we believe matter. The artists, if it wasn't for us there woulding be festivals.
