Finn's Medical Fund

Finn was born with Bilateral Microtia and Atresia, which means his ears and ear canals weren't properly formed when he was born. 

He has been wearing a BAHA (bone anchored hearing aid) since he was three months old which has allowed his speech and language to develop relatively normally but we have always hoped for a natural hearing solution for him.

We recently came accross the Doctors at the California Ear Institute who perform a CAM (Combined Atresia Medpor) procedure, which involves opening up an ear canal and building an ear in one surgery. In April we traveled to California and had the CAM surgery on his right ear and the results are phenomenal! Finn is hearing so well and is not wearing his hearing aids anymore.

We are hoping that he can start 'big school' next year with two 'big ears' and would like to get his left ear done in October.

To look like all the other children and hear without any hearing aids will be life changing for Finn! Any small donation to help our boy lead a normal life would be greatly appreciated.
