On July 11th 2016 Carmen and a friend's daughter was pronounced dead instantly on scene from a rollover car accident off of the 1-10 & buckeye. Family and friends didn't expect a tragedy to happen so soon.Carmen and friends were on the way back from vacation in California. We as a family are so torn and hurt. This effects is so much she was such a great person always smiling . She just graduated college of America, she was going back to get her master's in the medical field. This is all so sudden and such a tragic tragic accident. God called her home too soon. Anything will help with any donations as to we have nothing set up for Carmen. Thank you God bless..
