Sarah Pickett is the most loving, caring, selfless, and honest person I know. She is always ready to help, always willing to do anything for her friends and those around her. If you have had a chance to interact with her, you already know what I mean. She is the definition of unconditional and intentional. She will be there for you in your darkest times. She knows the love of God and shares it with people with passion. She lives to make people feel loved. And she does whatever is on her power to be there for those around her.
Sarah was diagnosed with a brain tumor on Monday, March 6th. She had really bad migraines and started losing her eye sight a couple months ago. Which led to her going to the optometrist and later on to having an MRI... She will underwent surgery to remove a mass from the left side of her brain on Wednesday, March 8th. It was all very sudden and fast. So far, the tumor was safely removed. Sarah did not lose her motor skills nor her speaking ability. Which was the main concern from the doctors due to the location of the mass. She is now recovering and will find out more about the tumor itself in the next days.
This campaign is aimed to help Sarah and her family cover the medical expenses that will arise from this sudden event. Recovery will take a couple of months and Sarah won't be going to work in the next couple of weeks. We hope in a couple of weeks, Sarah will be able to live the life she imagines, fulfill all her dreams, reach all her goals, and continue to be the awesome person she is.
I'm asking you to keep Sarah and her family in your prayers. Lift her up in prayers and good energy. I am confident God will guide the hands of the neurosurgeon and everyone in that room today. And He will carry Sarah through these hard times and will show her more of His love through it all.
Also, please share this campaign on your social media pages, with friends, family. All prayers and help are welcomed!
Note: If anyone wants her mailing address please let me know!
