A Reliable Wheelchair Van

My name is Crystal and I am a 27 year old woman living with a progressive illness called Spinal Muscular Atrophy 2. I really need a reliable wheelchair accessible van. My family has bought 2 in the last year, they both broke down on us. The one would actually graze my head when I'd get in and out. I'm young, I like going out when I can but more importantly, I have a lot of doctors appointments, especially with my health deteriorating.
Unfortunately, a side load van with a lowered floor is incredibly expensive, $54,000 to be exact. My family and I simply can not afford this high price.
Having a van would give me a bit of freedom while I'm still able to go out. It would also make getting to and from appointments a lot easier.
