Make a Wish: Keep FKR racing

When Ched Follis was prescribed a fluoroquinolone antibiotic, it was supposed to make him better. Instead, it caused severe adverse reactions and he has suffered for more than a year with a constellation of symptoms that continue to worsen. We've seen dozens of doctors in a multitude of medical facilities, but there is no treatment protocol and the medical community has abandoned us. The FDA has recently issued new guidelines for these medications, but for many it's too late and once healthy, productive people are suffering from devastating disabilities .

Ched's life is severely limited - the pain is constant, physical activity is difficult and extremely fatiguing, and he's unable to work. But there is one thing that keeps him going and gives him purpose - his kart racing team. When fluoroquinolone toxicity took his life away, he had just purchased his own kart intending to race himself. That's impossible now, but he's building a race team and putting another driver behind the wheel with spectacular results and doing all he can to promote the sport. But it takes money to keep the kart on the track. We need your help to keep the program going.
