Getting back to STANDING UP!

For almost 30 years, the only thing I wanted to do was make people laugh. All that time I spent on the road while my wife held down the fort at home, dedicated herself to me, her job, and our pets. I hope, if you're reading this, I had a chance to perform for you and made you laugh out loud.
But there's not a backup plan when you can't perform any more.
In the last 2-1/2 years I have had some really horrible medical issues that I would not wish on anyone. I had a double surgery to have my gallbladder removed and to have a hernia fixed. Four months later I had a mild stroke that made me stammer – horrifying for someone used to talking for a living! - followed by a herniated disc in my neck, then I tore a muscle in my abdomen. Now, before all of this my wife and I had a year from hell back in 2014 where we lost, but not in this order, washer/dryer, refrigerator freezer, heating and air conditioning (when it was 98 degrees), roof leak destroyed electrical in our master bedroom, water pump to our house and my wife threw a blood clot after having the worst case of tendinitis the doc had ever seen in both legs. Oh, and we then totaled our SUV.
We thought all that sucked well, it was all nothing in comparison to these last 2 years. Neither one of us is good at asking anyone for help but we are on the cusp of losing pretty much everything. We have had people help us along and for that we can never say thank you enough, however, this is the reason I feel as if I have to try and raise money to pay down some of our medical debt so that we at least can exist and try to pay off some bills while I continue to go through the process of applying for long term disability. Any help you can provide is so greatly appreciated and I do know everyone out there has their own things they are dealing with. I cannot thank you enough for even reading this.
I would also like to thank everyone in the Standup Community for their love, generosity and support. I may have a tough time traveling but I will still be seen in the area doing what I love, making you laugh!
Much love to you all
