Save my brothers dog from cancer

My brother's dog Halo (age 7) is a collie-chow mix and recently formed a bulge on his leg. After taking him to the vet he was diagnosed with cancer and was given only two weeks to live! The veterinarian said its the youngest dog with cancer she has seen! We want to raise money to help pay for the medical bills and groceries/ medicine for Halo. Our plan is to completely change his diet. Take him off commercial dog food and prepare a whole organic / raw remedy. We want to provide as much vitamins and minerals we can for Halo. Please help with anything you can.. This dog means the world to my brother and the family. We want to prove that we can beat this naturally through diet and supplements!
