Please help me with my dream of opening a bakery/restaurant.

My husband has been helping operate and manage businesses for 30+ years, mostly for other people. For the last 15 years, we have run a small high quality web design and hosting company. And in the last 3 years, we have also operated a small fishing tackle shop and information center with a gift shop and baked goods section. These have basically met our living expenses and we want to go to the next level using our skills and talents.
We now have the opportunity to lease the empty restaurant next door. We know it can be successful. My husband has already run through the numbers. We have everything in place; contractors that will donate their help to us, friends that can help with locating equipment, people to be team members, etc.
Our small community is heavy on summer tourism and strong in the winter when we get snow. We are well known in the community and have the locals behind us. They would love for us to bring this need to our community in Green Valley Lake, California.
All we need to make my dream of owning a bakery and restaurant with my husband is right in front of us. We just need help getting the start-up funds needed for the permits, equipment, furniture, etc. to open this restaurant and bakery. We are hoping to raise the amount needed by October 2016. Will you please help us make my dream come true?
