Marty Burtin Funeral Expenses

My name is Adam L. Boyd. I am writing to everyone on behalf of the Burtin family. I am raising money for Marty Burtin Jr.'s (Funeral Service), who was killed this morning (August 4th) directly in front of the home he grew up in. In which his mother & father still live currently. For 30 years I grew up with Marty Burtin Jr. and his family. And it has always been LOVE from the beginning to now. It is very difficult for me to type this, but I am trying my best to accomplish this for his family. Marty Burtin Jr. did not have life insurance, so I am hoping that whomever reads this will send a blessing to his family for the funeral expenses. We are appreciative of any amount that can help. Marty leaves behind two beautiful children. A baby girl, Maliyah Teresa Burtin who will be six years old this November. And a baby boy, Messiah Burtin who just turned 8 months this monday. It means everything in the world to see my Longtime friend, brother, & family member given a proper burial.

For those that knew Marty Burtin Jr. , knew that he was ONE OF A KIND! His personality was like no other, always was the LIFE of the party! And he was the most FEARLESS person I knew. I dont care if you were a giant, he would still take you on. That's what I will always remember about him. And he was always respectful to his elders, and would always speak to the neighbors and especially my mom even if she didnt notice. He could be standing with 20 individuals outside. And still stand out and get her attention. He LOVED his kids extremely and it showed! The block will never be the same without Marty Burtin Jr.... I could type about him for days.  Always had some jokes up his sleeve as well mannnnnn....it will be struggle moving on without him. I will always have LOVE for my friend Marty B Jr. & never forget him for as long as I live!
