What started off as a celebration for our father, ended in sorrow for our brother. On August 5th 2016, our youngest brother was shot in the back and died during a surgical attempt to keep him alive. He was confirmed by law enforcement as an innocent bystander gunned down on the streets of Baltimore by unknown individuals with investigation still pending. Our family was not prepared for a tragedy such as this because our Mother, the backbone of the family and keeper of all policies, records, and pertinent information, had a massive stroke on the 4th of July. The stroke left her paralyzed on the left side of her body, incoherent in thinking, and limited in speech. She is completely unable to assist us with anything. In preparation for the funeral, our family is paying all expenses out of pocket and we are reaching out to you for your help. We ask that anyone who understands our story and feels our struggle to please donate funds in any amount feasible to help us bury our brother. The arrangements are listed below:
