Helping Christina and Johnny

My name is Logan England, and I'm raising money to help Christina Normand and her husband Johnny Meyers, who have been displaced from their home due to the flooding in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. 

Let me tell you about my friend Christina. You will never meet a more selfless person in your life. Christina would give you the shirt off of her back or the last dollar in her pocket. She never met a kid or animal she wouldn't feed and care for. She's the friend who shows up when you have to move, when you call her in the middle of the night. She's the best friend you all wish you could have. Christina has raised my children with me, and was at my side the night we lost Cassie. 

Christina and Johnny have been through some hard times, including illness and financial hardship, but through it all have been dedicated to caring for their zoo of cast off, peculiar, and medically needy pets. Even now, they had to be rescued by boat because they couldn't bring themselves to evacuate and leave the animals behind. 

Christina and Johnny need our help. They left their home tonight with water rising, not knowing what damage they will come home to. They know both of their cars are useless. They have the clothes on their backs and 20 animals to care for.  Their needs are immediate and urgent. They are currently safe and dry, but will need help with housing, transportation, cleanup, lost wages and other expenses in the coming days.
