Hi everybody, we are Sarah and Jean-Baptiste Saint-Amon. We are passionate about baking and are realising our dream of opening our own bakery.
It will be a unique place serving American and French products. This project is happening in Tulsa Oklahoma, and has been going on for a good year now. We are almost there, but here is the deal.
The weather and the difficulty to get building permits delayed the construction. We are now 6 month behind the estimated completion date. And we had to start paying our loan back 6 month ago. Lastly we found out we had to invest $7500 extra to get the construction done.
So here we are, about to get the keys, but running short on finance...
There is one piece of equipment left on our list of needs: a dough sheeter. It is an important piece allowing us to make awesome croissants and puff pastry.
The cheapest we found is $8800 plus delivery and this is where we need the help. We need all the people supporting us to help us with this one last thing.
We thank you all already for your generosity. Something big is about to happen here in Tulsa. And it will be thanks to you.

Ce sera un endroit unique proposant des produits américains et français. Ce projet se passe à Tulsa en Oklahoma, et a été en cours depuis une bonne année maintenant. Nous sommes presque prêts mais voici le problème.
Le mauvais temps et la difficulté d'obtenir les permis ont retardé la construction. Nous sommes maintenant 6 mois en retard sur la date d'achèvement prévue. Et nous avons dû commencer à payer notre prêt il y a 6 mois. Enfin, nous avons découvert que nous avions à investir 7500 $ de plus pour achever la construction.
Donc nous sommes enfin sur le point d'obtenir les clés, mais avec moins de fonds que prévu...
Il y a une dernière pièce d'équipement dont nous avons besoin: un laminoir. C'est un élément important qui nous permettra de faire de bons croissants et pâte feuilletée.
Le moins cher que nous avons trouvé est 8800 $ plus la livraison et c'est la où nous avons besoin de votre aide. Nous avons besoin de toutes les personnes qui nous soutiennent pour nous aider avec cette dernière chose.
