Microchip Scanner

For the last 2 years I have been involved in many aspects of dog rescue. From finding lost and founds to helping find better homes for unwanted dogs. Many times we find a stray that needs scanned for a microchip. Finders can be impatient since they have other animals and jobs to go to and decide to take the dog to the shelter. My goal is to keep the dogs away from any shelter and reunite them with their rightful owners. Shelters, rescues are full and need advocates to help in any way possible. Can you help me reach my goal so that I can purchase a universal chip scanner to quickly reunite chipped dogs? I can quickly get to the dog and find owners if chipped. Thanks so much!
