Dexter's Next Step: Top Surgery Fund

Hey everyone! I'm Dex and I'm a 19 year old college transman. I'm working hard to make my dreams come true as well as improve the lives of everyone around me.

These donations go directly toward my top surgery fund. For those who may not know, top surgery for transmen (females transitioning to males) requires a double mastectomy with some contouring and repositioning of the nipples on the chest to create a more masculine appearance.
