Quincy A. Harper Funeral Fund

Our dear Quincy A. Harper was suddenly taken from us in a tragic accident on August 20, 2016. Quincy and his friend Melanie were struck and killed by an automobile in inclement foggy weather. Quincy had a million dollar smile and a heart of gold. All that were blessed to know him can affirm that he was a kind and loving soul and cared about everyone, family and friends alike.
