Out Of Darkness Into Light Mural

Hello there. My names Buddy Ulrich and I'm a 22 year old graffiti writer out of Billings, MT. I've been doing graffiti for over 5 years now, but nothing on this level of size. I've always been one to be a part of suicide awareness and prevention ever since I attempted and afew years after lost 2 friends to suicide. So it hits close to heart for me. I came up with this design one night, just sketching around, no plans or anything. But a friend came across my sketch and talked to 1 business. And next morning I had 3 businesses willing to sponsor to make it a mural. Well the location (Billings Hardware off broadwater) has 2 massive walls that will be the foundation for the mural. Which means a lot of paint! Haha this fundraising will be for wall 2 and will be for the paint, equipment, and supplies. Any donation is greatly appreciated! And all the local news stations are covering the whole story! First wall is to begin September 10 and 2nd wall September 24th. Stay tuned for the community breaking the stigma of suicide! Also there will be names of hose lost to suicide in each leaf in the design (as requested from family or friends).
