Safety first: Always wear a seatbelt . I Wish to get a new prius ( or any eco friendly car) And new apartment. May have legal bills from this mess.  

FAQ: Only one person was in either car. And i was just going home not in any hurry to get there ,work just ended .  no i didnt competively cut her off  in an effort to  get on the freeway.
