Help Matthew Poole go to Kona

Hi everyone, my name is Matthew Poole and I am in need of some support. Ever since I was 12 years old, I have wanted to compete in the Ironman World Championships Triathlon in Kona, Hawaii. Now, at 37 years old, after competing for the last 10 years, and sacrifing time, family, friends, and sleep, I have finally qualified!!! A feet that only 2,500 people around the world have the ability to say. I am beside myself with relief, excitement, and anxiety. So many emotions.
I am so blessed to have the opportunity to show my 2 daughters, my students ( I am a Health and Physical Education Teacher) and the athletes who I coach, that hard work, dedication, and patience does pay off- but it comes at a price. Unfortunately, that price is both literal and physical.
The World Championships are on October 8th, 2016!! So that means I need to take time off work, coaching, and find a way to get myself and family to the "Big Island". The World Championships is one of the hardest, most difficult races in the world - from the heat of the lava fields to the cross winds of the ocean. The experience that this race offers is once in a lifetime for me. And I would appreciate any and all support. Thank you for any donations. There are no word to express what this means to me or my family. It's truly this man's ultimate dream come true, and I plan to share this experience with anyone interested.
