New septic system

I am the survivor of a massive stroke. I am disabled and my county's zoning department says I need a new septic tank before May of 2017. The old one is no longer up to code.

I have an excellent credit rating. My home is mostly paid for but the bank can't lend me enough to cover it. I was quoted $4525.00 for a basic system. That's a good deal but it's still more than I can afford. If I can't pay for it soon I don't know what will happen to me.

I am terrified of being left homeless. I will be grateful for any amount.
