4th Surgery On 12/19/16!

I currently had my 3rd, and invasive surgery of 2016 on September 7th. I've been off of work for months from these surgeries with NO pay! I'm raising donations of any amount so I do not lose my home.
UPDATE: I'm having a full hysterectomy on 12/19/16 which marks my 4th surgery for this year. I'm still off of work and unpaid for my Long Term Disability.
I suffer with endometriosis, PCOS, and Interstitial Cystitis.
