Crossing Canada's Arctic Alone
Donation protected
To celebrate Canada 150 in 2017, Adam Shoalts is embarking on an epic journey alone across Canada's Arctic. Shoalts will have to cross mountains, paddle and wade through rivers, navigate vast stretches of open tundra and subarctic forest---entirely on his own in in the heart of the world's greatest wilderness. In order to make this dream a reality, the expedition needs to raise money to cover the cost of air charter in the Arctic, which means hiring bush pilots to transport gear and supplies. All funds raised will go directly toward the expedition's air transport costs. All support, no matter how small, is greatly appreciated! See adamshoalts.com for more information.
The Expedition start date is May 2017. Funds, however, are needed sooner in order to charter air craft for the drop points at the start and finish of the expedition, as well as at two strategic re-supply points for food rations.
