My name is Christina Danielle Talbott and I am raising money to put a down payment on a car so that I can start making it into work again.
When my dad died in July, I had to take a necessary extended period off work in order to try to get my head straight. In that time, my car began to have problems and I've been having to put more and more money into it, only for it to result in it being broken down in front of my house. Unfortunately, cars are horrible inventions that cause you to rely on them and drain you of any type of funds that you may have been saving to oh, I don't know, live off of.
I have a job. Two, actually. But the one that pays significantly better than the other is the one that demands a vehicle.
SO in conclusion, I feel like a giant loser for doing this. If people actually donate, I'll drive you around the city as your designated driver for a night of your choosing and I'll hug your body and I'll let you borrow any of my clothes.
