Pit bull 'Star' vet bills for paw

This is Star. She is a female pit bull who has just given birth to 6 healthy puppies! The reason we are raising money is because recently Star was being watched by a now ex roommate who locked her under their mobile home trailer while our friend (who we are watching star and her puppies for) was moving belongings to Flagstaff where they are moving. The ex roommate who we have not found left Star under the trailer without food or water for about a week. In this time star became emaciated and had chewed her paw to the bone. Star has been treated for what she can be treated for, but just having puppies is awaiting surgery.

We have not been able to find the ex roommate, but when we do we will take her to court for animal cruelty to help pay for the vet bills as well.

Our goal is $1,000 but the bills have already exceeded this without even proceeding with the surgery. Every dollar helps and every donation is a blessing.
