Cyrus the Clydesdale-Rescue

On October 5, 2016, our sweet King Cyrus the Clydesdale became stuck in a muddy swamp. We are not sure how long he had been there but it took rescue crews about 4 hours to free him. We live in Virginia and had rescued Cyrus at an Auction in New Holland, PA in August. He was being boarded at a farm in PA until he had passed quarantine and could be shipped to us. We have plans to give him his forever home and love him every day. This was a massive rescue effort that included many many wonderful people. We are eternally grateful to all for their safe extraction of Cyrus from this swamp. A lot of large equipment was used, including a crane. All of this machinery and effort does cost money and we need help with that. Please help us with anything you can. Every little bit helps. We are so appreciative of you and your prayers.
