Save Our Farm

Donation protected
Deep in the south of a small Island nested in the Southern Gulf Islands,
between Vancouver Island and the mainland of BC Canada, you
will find the small, remote community of Salt Spring Island.

Ann has been here most of her life and she lives here with her four horses and her three dogs.
Deep in the sticks of Salt Spring.

After a dispute with her neighbor over bylaw regulations,
he stopped at nothing to make life difficult for her at the farm.
He was caught on the property twice, hiding in the bushes taking photos.
He was caught in the act on the property, flying a drone over the property spying on Ann and her tenants.
.
Out of spite and wanting to force Ann to sell her property, he now reclaims the right of usage of the driveway they have shared for more than 20 years. He figured that if he insisted she build a driveway, it would surely sink her financially and she would have no choice but to sell.

Now Ann is forced to build a new driveway to access her land so she can get hay and feed to her horses..

She also need to maintain emergency access to her property for ambulance and firetrucks not to mention daily use.

It is a long driveway from the house to the road and only a very small portion of it , perhaps 100 ft, crosses the furthermost south western tip of his land.

To come up with the money to build the new driveway in time to meet the neighbors' demands, has left us with no choice but to see help..

The situation poses a serious threat to all who live here and their livelihood. It mostly threatens the lives of our animals and we need help.
That why we are here, we are asking you to please, help save our farm. Donate to our Go Fund me campaign and help.
Pass it on and share it with all your friends on your favorite social media.

Today you get to meet Ann, her four horses and her three dogs. She's probably one of the most remarkable women we've met. Hard working, and dedicated to her horses and her dogs and wanting to save this farm, for them.
She is asking you for help to raise $10 000 for the construction of a new driveway to maintain access to her farm by May 1 st, 2018.

Please. Help Save Our Farm.
