My Wife Is Sick With West Nile Virus

Hi my name is Sam, my wife is in the hospital trying to recover from the West Nile virus. The type of West Nile she has is in her spinal column and is the type that affects her brain. We have two kids and I have had to assume all the responsibility of providing for my family alone without her income.
