Help Adalynn Recover & Thrive

Little Miss Adalynn is a happy, spunky & beautiful 3 year old. She's a sister to a one year old brother (who entered the world at 29 weeks). She is a loving daughter to her mother Rebecca & father Nick. Unfortunately, she is now also a cancer patient. Several weeks ago Adalynn went to the doctor for a minor illness and came out with the alarming report that her spleen was displaced. After testing it was determined that her spleen was, in fact, not the problem, it was a massive tumor on her kidney known as a Wilms tumor or nephroblastoma. From there everything moved quickly, the family drove to Phoenix Children's Hospital and the next day Adalynn underwent surgery to remove the tumor, her entire left kidney, lymph nodes and place a port to make the upcoming months if chemotherapy somewhat easier. That was the easy part. The family is now facing months of chemotherapy treatments which must be done in Phoenix. They are facing the long term effects of not just the Cancer but the medications which will be running through her tiny veins for many months to come. Rebecca and Nick have worked hard to in life to obtain great jobs and luckily have health insurance, however with the chemotherapy being several hours from home, a one year old and the fact that Adalynn can no longer go to preschool due to the fact that she will soon have a non-existent immune system, both parents are struggling with how and when they will be able to work. The Maslars are facing so much (especially after just emerging from the financial, emotional and social trauma of a micro premature baby who needed to be basically isolated for a year). I want to try to take one thing off their minds and help them feel more financially secure. Please help me.
*It took a lot for me to convince the Maslar family to let me post this, they are proud and amazing people. It's terrible that the family has been in the position of needing this twice. The world isn't fair and hasn't been great to this sweet deserving family lately. People have been asking what they can do to help, asking about a meal train etc. Due to the incredibly compromised immune system chemo will leave little Adalynn with she needs a very special neutropenia diet and making them meals just isn't an option.
Thanks for reading, thanks for caring, it means the world to us all!
