Epsilon Sigma Basement Renovation

With the backing of the Epsilon Sigma Housing Corporation, the Epsilon Sigma chapter has begun to take gigantic strides towards the total renovation of our chapter house. Our house stabilization campaign has so far raised enough money to completely overhaul our bathrooms, install a new, water-proof deck on our porch, and dedicate more spaces of the house to brotherhood events. In order to start the next phase of stabilization, we need your help. The basement of the chapter house has been in a state of disrepair for a little over two years, taking away one of the most beloved spaces in the house. This campaign will provide a solid foundation for the rest of renovations by waterproofing and installing whole-house air conditioning to make using the house more comfortable. On top of this, one of the chapter's most utilized spaces will be returned to us, allowing for other areas to be used for their previously expressed purposes. Work on the basement is already contracted, and will soon commence: this is happening. Renovations will include: 
- All new paneling for every wall in the basement
- Air conditioning in the basement for the whole house 
- Renovation of first and adding of new bathroom in the basement
- Dedication of the basement for chapter meetings as well as a social space
