Grumpy Grampa needs care!!!

Hey folks, this is a request that like many, never thought they would be asking for. My Dad is 83 years young and in need of care that we cannot give him at home. The amount that we re asking for is how much it costs for 2 weeks to stay at the facility where he is now. Mom has paid out of pocket for this first two weeks he is there. He has a diagnosis of diabetes type 2 , dementia, inconsistant blood pressure which seems to drop when he stands or sits up and bouts of collapsing for no apparent reason.
We are having great difficulties with the rules and politics of both Providence Medical Organization, the Veteran's Affairs and Medicare/Medicaid programs. The insurance companies will not help until we have a diagnosis for the bouts of collapsing. Providence Drs. have been refusing to give him a referral to see a neurologist. That is the only type of specialist that he has yet to see to hopefully diagnose for him. He has seen a whole line of specialists and had multiple tests done and they all have come back clear.
The neurology referral is expected to come through this coming week. We are praying this gives us some type of diagnosis for guidance. He is only paid to stay where he is through the 29th of April and we need more time there so he can be cared for until a diagnosis and financial help come through. We have been told that he is most likely suffering from narcoplepsy w/cataplexy but need it in writing. After the 29th he will be coming home to a house where he cannot be cared for properly or safely. Mom and I are the only ones here to care for him and we both have our physical limitations also.
We would be very Thankful and feel blessed if anyone has the opportunity to pay it forward to a Retired Vet who put in his time and is now in need of some Karma return.
