Punjabi American Cultural Association (PACA) is a non-profit orgnization based in Solano County, California. It has been in existence since 2001 to raise awareness of Sikh faith and culture. PACA organizes a Diversity Festival every September around the anniversary of tragic events of September 11, 2001. Diversity Festival features cultural and educational items, including documentaries, music, and dance to enhance understanding of Punjabi Sikh culture. Additionally to show case the diversity of our neighborhood, we invite performers from Christian faith and other cultures. In addition to Diversity Festival, we organize an annual Blanket and Coat drive around the traditional American Thanksgiving holiday and distribute blankets and jackets for the local needy people before the onset of winter. During the July 4th parade, PACA provides free water to spectators gathered in Fairfield downtown area to celebrate American's independance. Please contribute financially to help us raise awareness and spread goodwill among the diverse communities in our neighborhood and beyond.
