HEART TRANSPLANT

Hello, I'm also known to many as Lonnie Jefferson.  In 2016 I was diagnosed with Congestive Heart  Failure which led me to become a heart transplant patient.  I'm currently on the heart transplant list at Spectrum Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI.  I enjoy fishing and hunting but due to my illness, I'm unable to do the things that I  enjoy.  My insurance will not cover all of my hospital expenses and medications.
