My brother Jason Payne was unfortunately murdered Sunday morning. Anyone who knew Jason knew he was a kind hearted person and generous to any and all! Our family was not expecting this tragic incident for no one plans on burying anyone so young and full of life! Any and all donations would be gratefully appreciated to help with expenses of his funeral and burial.
