Hi, my name is Quinn. I’m a 19-year-old disabled trans man. My dysphoria has recently gotten much worse than before, to the point of being nearly unbearable. This fundraiser is for my top surgery. Any and all donations will go towards the surgery, transportation, and related health care.
There is no way I can afford this critical surgery as I cannot work due to mental and physical disabilities including autism, dyslexia, epilepsy, depression, narcolepsy, generalized anxiety, complex PTSD, and chronic migraines. I also have chronic pain in my tailbone from a break that healed wrong, and cannot be fixed through surgery.
I would ask family for help, but they are already helping me pay for medication, which totals over four hundred dollars a month. I have tried to get on disability, but it’s a long process and I don’t know when I’ll be approved. My insurance will not cover this surgery, and I can’t pay out of pocket from my own money without being able to work.
