I NEED DENTAL HELP ASAP! Because of my PWS, Birthmark; I have not been seen or treated by a dentist since I was about 8 years old. We finally found help through NYU Dental Specialist and he has agreed to take me on as a patient! He has a plan of treatment for my extensive dental needs. Including extractions, root canals, and implants. I have many missing teeth due to emergency extractions throughout my life. These extractions had to be done in a hospital setting and any other dental work is not provided. My teeth are now in terrible state. Something has to be done. I have a Chronic dental abscess that needs to be immediately taken care of. I was told this infection is very dangerous, and is my top priority! Unfortunately I live in Texas and the dental specialist I need to be treated by is in New York. I will have to return to New York at least 2 more times, each time the stay would be about a week. Also, each time I can get to New York for Dental Treatment, I will also be able to schedule Laser on my Birthmark with a amazing laser surgeon in NYC. These trips and treatments are expenses our household can not afford.. With a household of 4, with one income this is not something that could be easily saved up for. We just do not have the finances or credit to make this happen. First treatment trip $6000, next treatment trip is unknown amount, until further examination and quotes.
