First of all, I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who chipped in to help support Johann's family. The response we have had from this is amazing. The family is very touched by the amount raised and are forever great-full.
For those that do not know me. I am a close friend of Johann Ofner and his partner Kati Garnett. I live on the Gold Coast and over the past 12 months have spent a lot of my time with Johann and kati, including a overseas trip to Fiji. I feel I speak for everyone when I say the world has lost an angel! He was the most inspirational person I have ever meet!
My heart bleeds for his partner Kati, his daughter kyarna and his family and friends.
I started this GoFundMe account to help support Johann's family during this difficult time and to take the financial burden away from them.
The funds raised will be used by Johann's family to say there goodbyes and pay tribute to the life he lived, the people he touched and inspired. (Funeral costs)
This GoFundMe campaign has been set up to go directly into Mariah Ofner's bank account (Johann Ofner's mother)
So she can access it when it is required.
