Branson and Roberts Kidney Donation

It all started at a Cracker Barrel... two total strangers...a Purple Heart Vietnam Veteran and Pastor of Thomas Chapel in Valdosta, Georgia and an Anderson, Indiana Police Officer. After noticing Mr. Roberts eating breakfast alone we decided that we wanted to buy his breakfast to thank him for his service,better yet join him. Edgar invited us to join him and that's how it all started! After talking with Edgar we learned of his struggle with his kidney. John and Edgar promised to keep in touch and John promised to check to see if he could be a match for Edgar. Two weeks ago John sent his blood work to Mayo Clinic to see if the two were a match....100% match! We truly believe God had a hand in this match and know that he will continue to be with John, Edgar and their families along the way! We are hoping to raise just enough to help with travel, lodging and food for John's testing and surgery. Thank you for your support on their journey!
