Mike posted this on his Facebook page yesterday: "Well, it turns out my wrist isn't broken, It's annihilated. I am scheduled for surgery tomorrow. Unobtanium plate/screws. Rejected from the system, I'm on my own. Wish me luck, and this time make it the good kind." Mike has been rejected by his insurance company - and is on his own for his medical bills - he has no income or any way to make money while he's off the road.
