Disney Dream!!

Hi this is Maddison and she's 8 years old!! She has a rare muscle wasting condition called smard1, there's no cure.it has taken away her ability to walk and breath.Doctors said she was unlikely to live past years old and if she did she would have a poor quality of life.Despite her disability Maddison is a confident beautiful little girl. Her big dream is to go to Disney land Florida, she watches it constantly on her iPad.Maddison is one of 4 children so life's hectic, my self and maddisons dad can't work because Maddison needs 24/7 care so I wouldn't be able to make this dream happen on my own :-(Just to cover maddisons medical insurance it would be thousands because of her high medical needs.I would love to make maddisons dream come true and you could be part of making this happen for her.I can't give her the one thing she wants to be better but I can try do this for her.
