Help Send Me To College

I finally have the chance to go to college, but I don't have the financial support that I need. One of my parents supports me going, but they don't have enough to support me financially. My non-working parent doesn't want me to go to school. Still, I have been and will continue to look for a work so that I can eventually take care of myself and my education. I need enough money to be able to pay for the whole school year by August 28th, 2017, and I know I can't do it alone. I want a bright future for myself, even if that means I have to come out of my comfort zone and ask for help.
