In Need of A Handicap van

I'm Yesenia Ramos, I'm from Oklahoma, I'm 20 years old, i been wheelchair bound since i was 12. In 5th grade and i got diagnosed with a genetic neuromuscular disease; that my 25 year old brother has as well. Our disease is called Friedreich's Ataxia, it's sadly an incurable disease. It affects our nervous system. It's an autosomal recessive inherited disease that causes progressive damage to the nervous system. It manifests in initial symptoms of poor coordination such as gait disturbance; it can also lead to scoliosis (which i had 2 surgeries on & my brother had one) heart disease (mine is called cardiomyopathy) and diabetes, but it does not affect cognitive function. Even though i hate saying this- it is a life-shortening disease. I describe as the cousin of ALS. My brother and i are not easy to lift. We're heavy loads lol. My parents struggle lifting us a lot now, they're in there 50s so its understandable. My dad has a cracked disk in his back sadly. Me & my brother don't want to severely hurt my parents. My dad is a strong man but he has hit his limit.  But i desperately ask for HELP, and whoever knows me knows i hate asking for help. We have needed a handicapped van for awhile now, but they're expensive nearly 100k. My parents both have jobs my dad's a carpenter & my mom's a housekeeper, but they have bills, groceries, clothes, other special equipment we need like: shower chairs, medicine & vitamins, ramps, a bed that sits up, when our insurance doesn't cover it my parents also has to buy us either manuel or power wheelchairs, my dad couple years ago built my brother a whole room, roomy enough to not crash with our power wheelchairs & for it to be easier to take us to the restroom, that was at least 20k. Again i ask for HELP! To raise enough money to buy a handicapped van. It'd be a whole lot easier for us to travel to Mexico or wherever. Even to just head to parties. PLEASE HELP ME & MY BROTHER & MY PARENTS.
