EMERGENCY! Recovery for Steve

My husband Steve was involved in a motor vehicle accident in 8/18/17. He was on his way home from work when his car hydroplaned causing him to lose control of it and it ended up rolling 3 times. Thankfully he was wearing a seatbelt. He sustained multiple non life threatening injuries, but the trauma to his head has caused him to develop psychogenic stuttering and he will need to see a neurologist regularly. STEVE HAS NO HEALTH INSURANCE. So on top of figuring out a vehicle situation for him, we also have to pay for his emergency room stay, and all upcoming appointments with his primary care and neurology. Aside from his normal every day activities, Steve also sings in a western mass hardcore band called Act of War. Unfortunately this will have a negative impact on that as well.We both work full time, but Steve will be missing quite a bit of work due to this. We have 4 children and enough Bills to pay as it is.
