Jellybean's surgery

Recently, Jellybean has been very sluggish and tired, his hind legs were weak, and his breathing was off. A couple hours ago we took him into the animal hospital finding out that he has a herniated disc in his spine. If not removed, he will become paralyzed losing the feeling in both of his hind legs. Please help with the cost of his surgery, anything helps. Thank you.
