Dream Home

Hello there, and thank you so much for taking the time to check out my campaign!  I have been struggling for the past several years to find a home that is just right for my family.  In the process, I have been through many large life changes.  I am grateful for these experinces.  However, due to my health, the stress of them has taken a large toll on me.  I am attempting to make my way as a performance artist, but this is a long road that takes years to build.  I am at a point of exhaustion that the doctors have been unable to fix.  Our landlord is attempting to kick us out of our current home for reasons that he cannot legally do.  The landlord has also broken the terms of our lease on more than one occasion during the several months that we have been here.  While I realize that we could fight him, it is, unfortunately, way too much stress for me to try and do so as opposed to just finding a home that is ours and ours alone.

Recently, my husband and I found a home that would be absolutely perfect for us.  Unfortunately, the woman who owns the home has cancer and has moved back to be with her family out of state.  She faces foreclosure if she does not get her home sold, causing her large amounts of stress as well.  Due to these circumstances, instead of getting help from the seller as we normally could to buy a home, this is not an option.  We are required to pay all of the closing costs, plus additional costs that are not usually part of buying a home.  The home is listed at a fantastic price and is gorgeous.  We have over half of what we need to make this work, but we really need your help to finish making this dream a reality!
