Oliver's Surgery

Hey everyone, this evening, November 1, 2015, my 6 month old puppy was hit by a car. He has a crushed pelvis and broken leg,  he will require emergency surgery as soon as possible, otherwise I may have to put him down.  The surgery is supposed to be around $5000. Oliver is just a puppy and is everything to me, I don't want financials to determine whether or not my baby can still grow up and have a happy life. Anything helps!
