Luis Ruelas

My uncle Luis Enrique Ruelas was born on October 26 1962 with Down Syndrome & Autism. My grandmother who is 77 years old has been hand feeding him and changing his diaper his whole life since he was unable to speak or think for himself. My grandmother was told that his life expectancy was 20 years but due to the amazing care and love she gave him, he lived a longer life. At the age of 55 he passed away after a stoke and kidney infection which spread to his blood. Medical and funeral expenses became too much for my family to afford, anything helps thank you
